Booking Information

Once your booking details are submitted, we will commence the reservation process. A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking. A booking confirmation will be provided within 48 hours of receipt of payment, subject to availability. The remaining 70% balance must be paid at least 30 days before the tour begins. Once your booking is confirmed, we can provide the necessary documents for your visa application, where applicable.

Child Policy

0–2 years: Free of charge when sharing existing bedding with parents, subject to hotel policy.

2–5 years: 25% of the applicable adult rate when sharing existing bedding with parents, subject to hotel policy.

6–11 years: 50% of the applicable adult rate, subject to hotel policy.

12 years and above: Considered an adult and charged at the applicable adult rate.

Additional charges may apply for extra beds, meals, entrance fees, activities, or other services depending on the hotel and itinerary.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Black Pearl Tours, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

60 days or more before arrival: Full refund.

59–31 days before arrival: 10% cancellation charge.

30–15 days before arrival: 30% cancellation charge.

14–8 days before arrival: 50% cancellation charge.

7 days or less before arrival: 75% cancellation charge.

Change of Accommodation

If the originally listed hotel is unavailable, an alternative hotel of the same or comparable standard may be arranged, subject to availability. The final list of confirmed hotels will be provided with your travel confirmation voucher.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and other unforeseen circumstances.
