Terms & Conditions
Booking Information:
Once your booking details are submitted, we will commence the reservation process. A deposit
of 50% is required to confirm the booking, after which a confirmation will be provided within 48 hours of
payment receipt. The remaining balance must be paid at least 14 days before the tour begins. Following
confirmation, you may begin the visa application process.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
At Black Pearl Tours, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation and refund
policy is designed to be as fair and transparent as possible.
Cancellation Policy:
- Hotel Reservations: 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival.
- Other Services: 90% refund if canceled at least 21 days before arrival.
- General Cancellations: For cancellations made at least 6 weeks before arrival or tour start date (whichever comes first), we will return all recoverable costs beyond the limits stated in our Booking Conditions. We strongly recommend reviewing your travel plans carefully before booking.
- Late Cancellations: Refunds for cancellations outside the above timelines will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Non-Refundable: Early checkouts and no-shows are not eligible for refunds.
Change of Accommodation:
For certain departures, alternative hotels may be arranged if the originally listed hotel is
unavailable. A final list of confirmed hotels will be provided with your travel confirmation voucher.
Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain their own travel insurance and provide us with
the policy details prior to departure.
